Managing Your Translations with the MotaWord Plugin

In this section, we will delve deeper and explore the various features and functionalities that the MotaWord plugin offers for managing your translations seamlessly. Let's get started!

Initiating Content Translation: A Step-by-Step Guide

Sending your content for translation via your Drupal dashboard is a straightforward process. Here's how you can do it:

Step 1: Locate and click on the 'Content' button, which can be found at the top left corner of your Drupal dashboard.

Step 2: On this screen, locate the content you wish to send for translation.

Step 3: Select the content you wish to translate, then click the button located adjacent to the 'Edit' button. In the menu that appears, you will find the 'Translate' option.

Step 4: On this screen, you will see a list of languages into which your website has been localized. At this stage, select the language(s) in which you wish to localize your content.

Step 5: After selecting your desired language(s), you will notice the 'Request Translation' button at the top of the screen. Click this button to proceed.

Clicking this button will redirect you to a page where you can view your translation quote.

After reviewing your translation quote and ensuring everything is in order, you can initiate the translation process by clicking the 'Submit to Provider' button.

You have the option to choose the format in which you want to export data from the dropdown menu located under the 'Provider' tab.

Step 6: After clicking the 'Submit to Provider' button, your content will be directly sent to the MotaWord system. Additionally, you will see your project number displayed as a notification on the screen.

You can track your ongoing project by navigating to the 'Translation' section and selecting 'Jobs'.

This icon indicates that your content is currently in progress.

You can locate your completed projects in the 'Translation' section, specifically under 'Job Items'.

  1. This icon indicates that your translations are awaiting your review to be marked as completed. You can review your content by clicking the 'Review' button located on the right side of the screen.

You will be directed to a page where you can view both your source and translated content on the screen.

To finalize your order, click the 'Save as Completed' button. After doing so, you will be redirected to the 'Job Overview' screen where you can find detailed information about your translation projects.

Once approved, your translated content will be live and visible on your website.
